We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets.
If, while researching your purchase, you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met:
- The two items must be identical.
- The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
- The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
- This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't in a sale or on special offer.
- The alternative item must currently be available.
- Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
- You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. a link to the product page on the relevant website showing the product price and delivery charge.
- The delivery service used by the competitor must be the same for us to price match.

Morale UK currently delivers to addresses within mainland UK FREE OF CHARGE, except to * AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH and ZE postcodes where there will be a small additional charge which will be advised prior to order processing.
We can deliver to Northern Ireland & all Southern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Highlands, Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands. However, you would need to call our Customer Service Team to obtain the cost of delivery to these areas.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
Returns must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Once we have received returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
