We provide Free Delivery for all our customers in UK Mainland.

• Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
We deliver for FREE to you within 2-3 working day of clearing payment. If it is not convenient please contact us by email to make arrangements of alternative delivery date as long as it is on a weekday. We can deliver on a Saturday or Sunday, however it will be at and additional premium cost. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the items. Unfortunately you can not specify the delivery time. Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm.You can specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient.

• How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order. Your will be able to log-in to you account using you user name & password. You will be able to see the status of you order.

• Can I add to an existing order?
You can go back and add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional items, please place a new order.

• When will my order be delivered?
We normally despatch items that are in stock within 2-3 working days after cleared payments - despatched using a reliable insured courior company . This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 3 working days after despatch. For deliveries outside Mainland UK, Ireland and Europe, prices are on request.

• Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Please note: that a signature will be required on all parcels (international and national). Confirming the goods have arrived in satisfactory condition or otherwise marked unchecked. In the event your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you may reject the delivery and another one will be re scheduled upon us being notified.(within 3 days of receipt). Any damaged goods recieved will have to reported to the courior company and ourselves 24hrs after signing for goods. Damaged goods reported after this time period will not be the couriors insurance policy and will not be replaced by ourselves.
If you cannot be present to sign for delivery, please remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, a neighbour’s, etc.WEEKEND DELIVERIES: This service is available at a premium, please request a quotation prior to placing order.

• Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
At Moralehomefunishing.co.uk we have taken the hassle out of shopping. We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from any one of our websites. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase please, contact us within 2-3 working days and arrange the goods to be returned to us. We can only accept refunds if the purchase is returned at the buyers cost, in its original packaging and condition for resale. The postage costs incurred by ourselves will be deducted off the refund amount which ranges from £10-£60 depending on the item. • Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK mainland.

• Does moralehomefurnishings.co.uk deliver overseas?
We currently deliver to mainland UK FREE OF CHARGE and  can also arrange delivery to Ireland, Northern Scotland, Isles and most of Europe (depending on the item).


• Are receipts sent with deliveries?
Receipts are only sent with the goods if requested by the customers. They can be emailed through if requested at a later date.

Yes, goods can be collected from our warehouse but has to be arranged prior to ordering the goods. You can email us to arrange a convieniant time and day.
